On 1 January 2018 Wendy Couzens became a Principal in the firm, and an exciting new phase began! Wendy has been based in the Wangaratta office since 2013, where she has developed an extensive practice in employment law, with matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination in employment, general protections, adverse action, breach of employment contracts, as well as commercial litigation, commercial disputes, divorce applications, family law applications and family law consent orders.
Founding Principal Charles Morgan, long-time North East resident and solicitor, established the firm in Myrtleford in 2011. The Wangaratta office opened in 2013, and we have visited Wodonga weekly since 2011. We also see clients in Melbourne, where we have an office convenient to the Courts.
Charles is an accredited Law Institute of Victoria workplace relations’ specialist, the only such specialist in Victoria outside Melbourne and Geelong. Charles practises in employment law, commercial matters, commercial litigation, wills and probate and family law.
